AMD Next-gen RX 6000 series GPUs- Navi 21 Features 16 GB VRAM and Navi 22 Features 12 GB VRAM –

A few days ago, The Rogame shares the information of AMD’s next-generation RDNA 2 GPU architecture based 6000 series Graphics cards lineup, which would initially feature two chips with vastly different memory configurations.
As per the tweet, The Rogame says that he has confirmed the memory configurations of RDNA 2 GPU architecture based Navi 21 and Navi 22 GPUs. AMD’s Navi 21 is based around the “Big Navi” GPU design which will power the flagship variants of the AMD’s upcoming Radeon RX 6000 series lineup, while the Navi 22 GPUs will power the high-performance lineup.

The Rogame has confirmed the memory configurations of Navi 21 and Navi 22 GPUs in her tweet. The Navi 21 fetcher the 16 GB VRAM. This Vram also spotted in previous engineering sample leaks, In that leak, we spotted the 16GB of GDDR6 memory across the 256-bit memory interface.

They also confirmed the memory configurations of Navi 22. The Navi 22 fetcher 12GB VRAM and that would most likely be featured across a 192-bit bus interface.
The Navi 22 GPU could be used as a successor to the Radeon RX 5700 XT series. We are not sure but maybe the Navi22 GPU branded as the Radeon RX 6700 XT or Radeon RX 6800 XT series cards.
The Rogame also mentions that it is currently unknown if these are full die or cut down SKUs.
 On October 28, The AMD announce her next-gen Radeon RX 6000 series graphics card’s based on RDNA 2 GPU architecture.
